Way 1: Be grateful

 Reflection : This quote is talking about how important it is to be grateful, and have gratitude in your life. This shows us how we can turn our gratitude into something great and be great people because of our gratitude. It's saying that gratitude unlocks that fullness in your life and it helps you turn what you have into enough. You will no longer be in denial because that gratitude allows you to turn it into acceptance. This is what makes having gratitude so amazing for you and others around you. That chaos min your life becomes order and the confusion turns into clarity. Gratitude can do so much for you and truly help you grow as a person. That house you have just became into a home because of your gratitude for it and everyone in it. When you're grateful strangers become into friends.


Way 2: Be Smart
"Train your mind and your hands to become an influence for good as you go forward with your life. Perform excellence."

  

I think this quote is talking about doing good for others yourself and teaching yourself to do good in the world.  To perform excellence and become the best person you can be, the best person possible. Influence other people to do good and yourself, make sure to help others around 

you. If someone around you is in need then you should help them, train your mind to do good and to do good deeds. As your life progresses do good for others, throughout your lifetime because that's the time you'll have. Perfect and perform excellence. Be a good student, and be a good person in your heart, always help people, always be a CTR kind of person to make sure you do good.

Way 3: Be Involved in Good Works
"Be willing to work, for it will make all the difference in your life."

This quote is saying that if you're willing to work it'll make all the difference in your own 

life. If you're willing to work hard and diligently then it will pay off and it will have an impact on your life. So be willing to work in life and be willing to do great, work good, work smart, and it will make a difference in your life. Whether that work is in school or at job, maybe even volunteering somewhere just work hard and work good, make the quality of your work great and you'll see the difference. Strive for greatness in your work and just be involved in the work, make yourself a great person. This quote means to me that I need to start working really hard throughout my life to do great. To achieve greatness in my work at a high level so it will make a difference in my life and years to come. I feel like i am ready to become involved with the good work and work hard and diligently. This quote shows me just how powerful one line can be and just how much it can change/ make an impact in your life. This way holds true because for an example working hard in your school work and doing excellent in school  can help you later on , in going to college. If you work hard and are a great employee you may be offered a raise or a promotion. Your work quality ad how hard you work makes these kinds of differences in your life. I personally really like this quote and the meaning.  

Way 4: Be Clean
"Be clean in every way. Delight in being clean. Relish the challenge of standing above and beyond the base trends of the world. You will never regret it."

 This quote is telling me that being clean in every aspect of the word is very important to do in your life. Take the challenge of working extremely hard to be as clean of a person you possibly can become. Take pride in how clean of a person you are, what you do as a person, and how you contribute to being a clean person.Relish the challenge of standing above and beyond the base trends of the world. Gordon B. Hinckly promises you will never regret making this choice in your life. This will be the best choice you ever make in your whole life and you will not regret making 

it. My opinion on this quote is means to stay clean as a person and to be a very clean person in your life. Later on in your life staying clean will benefit you and help you throughout your life. It'll be the best decision you make as a person to stay clean and be a good person throughout your life. This way is very crucial just as the others are in being a good person and doing good, finding yourself  as a person. I think this is an excellent quote to live by and remember. I will definitely remember these quotes and ways before making a decision.

Way 5: Be true 

"Be true to what is right and fair and honest"

This quote tells me to be true to myself as a person and to be true in general and be the best person I possibly can be. I must be true to what is right to me and what it is right in the world, I must always be true to what is right. I must be true to what is fair in this world and what is fair to me as a person. I must be fair in life to become the best person that I can be. I must true to what is honest in life. I must always do what is right, I must always tell the truth when I know I must be telling the truth at all times. Doing these things will help me become the best person that I possibly can be in life. My opinion on this quote is that it is a great quote to make choices by and guide your life in the right direction with this quote. Before you do something you should be thinking to yourself "is this right, fair, or honest?" ,which is very important to decide. You must think to yourself and decide if it is a good decision or not, what can you do to become a better person. If you can follow all 5 ways so far you can be on the track to become a great person in your life. This is so important to follow by because of how it can change your life just doing simple things you know in your heart is right. I will definitely remember this quote before i make any decision in my life.

Way 6: Be positive 

"There is good all around us--if only we look for it. When good men and good women face challenges with optimism, things will always work out!"

This quote means that when you look at things don't be negative. Always remain positive throughout situation and life, always be optimistic. This means that we should always look with eyes of optimism, never be negative because there is good all around us. Sometimes we focus on the negative things in life and ignore the good things that are happening all around us everyday. When there is good in the world, you will find it, you too can be a good person in this world as long as you remain positive. Everyone needs to just have a positive, optimistic attitude on life and you will be a positive and good person. When I hear this quote I think about a glass half full or half empty. Many may see the glass half empty and that would be looking at the negative side of it, the negative side, and that is not looking for the good around us. If you see the glass half full, you're seeing the positive side of things and I believe that is what we all need to be doing, looking at everything with optimism. We should never be pessimistic, thinking negatively does not benefit you in any way possible. Always think happy and live happy by going by this quote, because this quote is true. 

Way 7: Be humble

"Don't be arrogant. The world is full of arrogant people. There is no place for arrogance. There is no place for conceit.There is no place for egotism"

Be humble and grateful for the things you have and have came across in your lifetime no matter what. Always be humble because arrogance gets you no where in life.  It is extremely important to be humble all the time, it's what makes you a good person in your heart. No need to be flashy, arrogant, egotistic. You always have to be humble with yourself and accept what you have, don't be so full of yourself. The humblest people get the best things in life, and they don't need to show them off or be arrogant. Always love and be grateful for the things that you have in life and have achieved. Always hold yourself high but never be arrogant about things. Be the best person you can be because there is no need to show other people what you have or what you don't. Start from the humblest beginnings. Most people who feel the need to show off or be arrogant are the most insecure, and feel the need to be accepted or liked by many. Just be humble because everyone is the same, no need for arrogance in this world.

Way 8: Be still

"Find time to drown out the noise of the world. Take time to think about the person you want to become."

This quote is talking about finding time for your self to be alone and concentrate on yourself as a person. A time to set goals and look in your goal setting journal. This way helps you think about what you want to do in your life, in your future, who you want to be, what you want to become. Take the time to think about yourself and not worry about others, find yourself and the person you want to create yourself into. After that work yourself to be the person you want to be, and become a better person. Become a better person because that is the best thing that you can do!  In my opinion I really like this quote and this piece of advice Gordon B. Hinckley is giving us today. It is very helpful piece advice because it could help us mold ourselves into better people and great people in the future. It is very important to work yourself into the best person possible and set many goals for yourself as a person.This could help you so much later on in the future because you'll be a great achieved person. The only way yo achieve greatness is by setting yourself goals. Being a great person, a CTR person.
